Vanessa Hutchinson

Hello, my name is Vanessa F. Hutchinson, I am NNA Certified and owner of Ezrael's Royalty Notary Services.    Although I am a new Florida Notary and Signing Agent, I was a Notary in South Carolina for 4 years, working as a Legal Assistant in an Attorney's office.  I am familiar with real estate closings and documents.  I am very detailed oriented and customer service focused.  I strive to serve with excellence and would be happy to assist you with your Notary needs.  I also have 33 years of administrative experience, having worked in Customer Service, Accounts Payable/Receivables, Collections and Training.  I hold two Bachelor degrees in Business, Human Resource Management and Healthcare Management.  I take pride in the work that I do and I would love for you to experience Ezrael's Royalty Notary Services where our customer needs are a priority.  As a part-time agent, I will accept last minute closings and will drive up to an hour away from my home to accommodate my customers when available.  Early mornings, late evenings and weekends when others closed, I am available to assist you!  We strive for excellence and would love the opportunity to work with you.  Let's close the deal!
