My name is Valerie Nation. I am a Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent that specializes in top notch customer service. For over 27 years, I have worked with small and large companies in a variety of industries from agriculture and real estate to private and government agencies. With this diversity, I have had the opportunity to serve in many states and interact with all walks of life.  I embarked on this venture because I noticed the great need in the SWFL area for the notarization of legal documents. I possess a unique set of skills coupled with a deep desire to serve my community with friendly and professional service. As of 1/1/2026, I have completed over 1500 signings that include modification loans, residential and commercial loans (RON as well), reverse mortgages, refinance, buyer, seller, heloc, and all general notary work. I have a mobile office that includes a dual tray printer and mobile scanner. I am LSS certified and would love the opportunity to serve you and your clients!
