Hello, my name is Tracy Stephens I live in New Jersey.  I  serve the public as an NNA-certified loan signing agent/Notary Public for South Jersey. I have experience with all types of real estate closings such as Refi's, HELOCs, Loan mods, Va loans, Seller and Buyer,  Commercial, and New construction. I ensure accurate document execution, maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and integrity. I guide the clients through the signing process with ease, providing exceptional service to each and every client. I don't point and just ask them to sign. I check my work to be sure all signatures, initials, dates, and stamps are not missing and drop packages off before the cutoff time and communicate before during, and after the signing to give signing status updates.
