 After 40yrs of holding a Top-Secret clearance with the Federal Government, I retired and am now the proud owner of Friends with Pens Notary Services (FWP). Offering stellar service with a smile and a friendly face.  As a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent I will transfer my handling of Top-Secret information, into the handling of personal documents.

Commissioned in Maryland, and serving the following counties:  Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Charles, Dorchester, Garret, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen’s Anne, Somerset, St. Mary’s, and Talbot.  My hours of business are Monday – Saturday 8-7, Sunday by appt. Currently hold an E&O insurance and have been background screened by NNA.  Providing services for Signing Agencies, Title Companies and the people of the community.

Experienced with facilitating the following Notary documents:  Acknowledgements and Jurats, Power of Attorney, Loan Modifications/Applications, Purchase/Seller packages, Refinances, HELOC, and VA-refinance.
