I have successfully closed approximately 100 signings error-free, with experience in the closing of buyer and seller packages, as well as refinance, HELOC, and loan modification packages.  I also provide general notary services and have notarized items such as a power of attorney, wills, vehicle titles, and other documents requiring notarization.  I am NNA and LSS certified and RON certified.
