Loan Signing Agent – I service Westchester County and the surrounding area for in-person appointments, for online signings I have clients nationwide. HELOCs, Conventional/FHA/VA loans, refinances, reverse mortgage application, etc. I am willing and able. I have a dual tray laser printer, and a mobile scanner. I will have loan docs back in the office ASAP, same day when possible. I am an extension of your knowledge and professionalism, so I am very aware that any mistakes not only make you look bad, but cause delayed closings, re-signs, and missed rate locks.
