My name is Theresa Lathrop, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New York with five years of experience. I am also a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) through the National Notary Association (NNA) and carry professional insurance. I am committed to providing accurate, dependable, and professional notary and loan signing services.

I began my notary career to support my work in the mortgage industry. During my time in HSBC's Mortgage Department, I worked with mortgage loans and loan closings, collaborating with borrowers, law firms, lenders, and title companies. This experience gave me a strong understanding of loan documents, the closing process, and the importance of attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.

Although I have completed loan signings on a part-time basis, personal circumstances limited the amount of work I was able to take on over the years. Even so, every signing I have completed has been handled professionally, completed accurately, and finished on time without any issues. Those experiences reinforced my confidence and confirmed my ability to provide a smooth and successful signing experience for every client.

I am now focused on growing my notary business into a full-time career. With my mortgage industry background, NNA certification, and dedication to continued professional growth, I look forward to building strong relationships with title companies, signing services, lenders, attorneys, businesses, and individuals throughout New York. My goal is to provide every client with reliable, efficient, and courteous service while ensuring each signing is completed with the highest level of professionalism and care.
