I am a notary public, NNA-certified loan signing agent in the state of Tennessee. I perform loan signings in Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol and surrounding areas within 20-30 minutes of these locations.  The closings I have completed include refinances, seller packages, buyers only, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages.  My past work history was predominantly in health care, specifically cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. This experience and the importance of avoiding mistakes with patient charting, reporting, and interactions has cultivated my attention to detail.  It also equipped me to handle a variety of situations, including having understanding for those who may require a bit of patience while signing closing documents.
