I have extensive knowledge of the documents required for a transfer of title and financing of transactions.My experience required me to interact with title companies, mortgagees and mortgagors, and real estate attorneys.I am familiar with the documents required for refinances, first & second loans, HELOC, reverse mortgage transactions, time-share transfers or sales, purchases, structured settlements, debt settlements, affidavits, power of attorneys, living trusts and wills.
