I pay strong attention to detail with many years in the accounting/finance industry, real estate investing and being a Certified Fraud Examiner. My passion is to help others, which has brought me back to notary work. Work ethic and accountability are a trait I have built over my career in both professional and volunteer activities. I have been an educator/trainer for many years and can succinctly and efficiently describe closing documents, which will bring comfort to signers during a potentially stressful time. I maintain clarity through stressful situations and follow instructions. I am known for my calm, professional demeanor, which is helpful to diffuse any angst signers may be encountering. I am also a strong collaborator and communicator, which gets the job done. I have an impeccable record with both signing services and title/escrow companies, with over 450 signings under by belt as of April 2024.
