Hello! My name is Tatianna and I’m a reliable notary servicing the Puget Sound area. I am NNA certified and have trained using the Loan Signing System. I have knowledge of loan documents such as a Closing Statement, Note and Payment letter and will be able to briefly explain these documents to the borrower. I'll also be able to help guide a borrower when filling out a Statement of information or a PCOR or a Notice of Right to Cancel. I can briefly explain loan document definitions to a borrower as well so they have a more comfortable signing experience. I understand my state laws and the notarial acts I can perform. I have 1,000,000 in E&O Coverage and if ever there comes a time that I do make a mistake on a document it is my duty to fix it as soon as possible. I will triple check that my pages are stamped, initials are filled out even when they're in the middle of the page and dates are neat. I will prioritize getting documents to Fedex or UPS drop off's same day. And lastly, I will make sure to keep in contact whenever questions or problems arise.
