I triple-check all documents to make certain that all signatures, initials, and dates are correctly and neatly filled out. I particularly take extra care with critical documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, Note and 1003. If the signer ever has a question at the table, I always know who to call. I also make sure all completed documents are returned promptly, and if on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and correct it immediately.
