I am a LSS trained and certified Signing Agent. My first career was a Bachelor's prepared Registered Nurse for 19 years and I have worked the last 5 years as a clinical Medical Auditor. I pay very close attention to details and I love and care for people. My goal is to provide my client and the borrower with a seamless, professional and superior experience. My priority is to ensure the borrower has a general understanding of what they are signing and exactly where in their paperwork answers can be found to their questions. It is important to keep the lines of communication open and to build trust by being knowledgeable. I aim to make the role of the escrow agent, the realtor, the loan officer and the title company as easy as possible by completing perfect signings and packaging in a timely manner.
