I am a certified and professional Notary Loan Signing Agent with extensive training in the Loan signing area from The National Notary Associating (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LSS). One of my most fundamental skill is my meticulous personality. I am detail oriented allowing me to carefully vet and verify each document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are properly filled in. I triple check important documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure all are properly filled in. If, on rare occcasions a mistake occur i will fix immediately. I also ensure all documents are promptly return once the signing is completed and i will keep you updated throughout the entire process (i know all Local Fedex drop off times).
