I work in the community that I was raised in. Having worked for real estate attorneys for over 32 years, I know the surrounding areas well. I am also familiar with many of the residents of my community and offer hometown dependability and trust to all the individuals I help as a loan signing agent and mobile notary. During my paralegal career I have assisted in closing over 7,500 real estate transactions. I have also assisted over 3,600 as a loan signing agent.

My experience in the legal field for 32 years has given me the opportunity to assist attorneys in preparation of legal documents, meet with clients and advise them in the documents they are signing. I have notarized real estate documents, including seller contracts, refinances, reverse mortgage, etc. I have also notarized construction agreements, Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorneys, Vehicle Title Registrations and many others. I understand the importance of confidentially and protecting a persons identity.
