I am a retired individual that has finally found a job that I love with all my heart.    In my working career I retired as a Paralegal after 30 years in the field.  I worked in a Fee Attorney Title Office for 25 of those years.  I then worked in Title and Mortgage to further my love for Real Estate and retired from Mortgage in 2016.  In the mortgage field I served in all areas of the industry to include Loan Officer, closer, funder, processor, compliance, resolution and auditor.  I have enjoyed many sectors of the industry and felt my career  could continue after final retirement as a Remote Mobile Notary.  I never meet a stranger and can offer professionalism, accuracy and efficiency in my closings.  For most individuals signing 100 plus documents is difficult when your background does not  include real estate.  So a simple introduction to each document offers ease, understanding and basic knowledge for that document you are asked to sign in a closing.  My experience with closing documents allows a customer to have confidence.  I always refer back to the loan officers, mortgage office or title company when questions come up regarding numbers on the documents.   I am performing a service as a Notary and not of an individual or entity to the transaction.  I understand the importance of concluding each and every signing and work towards that goal.  However, I will never force an individual to sign documents they don't understand.  I enjoy my position as a Notary and hold it to complete professionalism.
