Commissioned Notary Public for the State of Arizona and the County of Maricopa, beginning December 2020, NNA/NSA Certified and Background Screened the first quarter of 2021. Bonded and E&O insured. I began my career in the healthcare industry over 10+ years ago specializing in healthcare insurance, coding and billing then moved on to corporate banking and filled a position as a Client Service Contract Specialist. In that role, I helped compile and facilitate the signing of domestic and global legal contracts for investment banking clients and performed high-level quality control checks verifying the accuracy of client identities and signatures prior to account opening. In addition, reviewed accounts for suspicious activity to identify patterns of anomalies that posed risks to the bank and made informed decisions to escalate and or create a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) for further review whenever there was a suspected case of fraud. After working in corporate banking for 5 years, I decided to go back into the healthcare field as I enjoy working in an industry that services all people, so I did. I packed up and moved to Arizona from the east coast in 2015, landed another great job in healthcare, and decided to start a Notary business to help everyday people resolve notary needs for personal, health, and business matters especially brought forth the impact of the unexpected new normal.
