I'm a fully Covid-19 vaccinated NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent who is bonded, $100K E&O insurance, and background cleared.  I have notary experience with seller, buyer, refinances, loan applications, HELOCS, POAs, QCDs, and other type of real estate transactions.  I'm approved by Fidelity National Title Group to sign their loan packages  I have also completed signings with clients for Old Republic and Stewart Title companies along with other smaller title companies. I have completed over 1000 assignments that successfully closed.  I primarily cover Santa Fe, Bernalillo,  Los Alamos,  Valencia,  Sandoval, Rio Arriba, Guadalupe and Torrance counties in New Mexico.  

As a recent former Associate Broker Realtor licensed in the state of New Mexico, I am very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate transactions and the application of real estate laws required in New Mexico,  My formal training included attending seminars sponsored by mortgage and title company partners.

Performed temporary assignment for the US Census Bureau.  I was hired to do a specific data collection survey in individuals' homes.  I enjoyed meeting with people to conduct interviews where their responses to questions was highly private and  required me to protect the data by Federal privacy laws for life. I was very resourceful in locating property addresses for conducting home based interviews within 120 miles radius from my home.   

Professional Career for 37 1/2 years with Sandia National Laboratories. I'm a retired Systems Engineer and Technical Project Manager where paying attention to details was critical for the many projects I undertook.  Managed various customers' expectations was also critical in successfully executing and completing my projects.  I held a nationally required Q-clearance in order to execute and protect information in the performance of my job.  I held the following professional certifications:  Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI; CMMI certification from Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute; and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification, all of which facilitated my attention to details for any given assignment.

Throughout my career I presented and participated in various professional international conferences.  I received various prestigious awards within my company based on rigorous selection criteria requirements.
