I can connect with the borrower on any level because of my varied background - mom, homeschool mom, lived in the South for a while, veteran of the US Air Force, married and I could go on. More than likely as you read this you will have already found something that you could connect with me about. That is what I do even at the closing table, I listen and connect with the people at the table. This in turn puts them at ease and the closing has a different feel. 

The closings are about the people at the table. I ensure they have a GREAT experience so they will come back to their client and/or ask for me as well. Owning a home is probably the biggest investment most people will make. I treat is as such!
