I am an NNA certified notary signing agent. I have been a VA commissioned notary for the past 11 years. I am available as early as 8 am and have conducted signings as late as 10:30 pm to accommodate EOM refinance signings.

My career background includes extensive customer service and interaction with many people. Previous experiences include being an income tax franchisee where I managed the business day to day operations.

I carry E & O insurance of $500,000.

I also take the time to review a document to make sure the client gets to sign and initial every line before and after and use tags for a quick and efficient signing that will be set off first the the next morning for evening signings , Monday thru Friday. My loan signing experience consists of HELOCs, purchases, seller packages, deed signings for individuals and trusts and refinances.

I am well organized and package borrower copies in a neat and professional manner. returned files are also carefully packaged to withstand mishaps with outer packaging while in transit.
