My Favorite Texas Notary is my company name. I have 2 Certified Notary Signing Agents. We carry $1,000,000 E & O Insurance and each individual notary carries $25,000 E & O coverage. I, as the owner, am a Texas Notary, first certified in 1987. I am NNA certified as a Notary Signing Agent and am also a licensed Real Estate Broker, receiving my Texas license in 2004. My notary specialties are real estate purchases, sales, refinance, notes, 1031 Exchange and affidavits. (List is not all inclusive.) We work the central Texas area, including Williamson, Travis, Bell, and Coryell counties. Samantha is also NNA certified, and background checked as an NSA. She is proficient in the same types of closings as I am. If I am not available Samantha Govan will fill in for me. She is on Snapdocs individually.
