I have closed Seller, Buyer, Refi’s, Modifications, VA/FHA/Conventional, Reverse Mortgage (HECM), assisted with Applications for Reverse Mortgages and HELOC files all error free. I’ve closed loans for the following companies to name a few: Unlimited Ink, Signature Closures, EXP Notary, The Closing Exchange and X Marks the Spot.

I have Errors and Omissions Insurance, Bonded through Merchants Bonding and Background checked through the NNA.

I have a Mobile Printer and Scanner so I can Print and Scan on the go.

About Me:

I was a Realtor for ten years in Illinois, among the top 5 Realtor’s in an office of 30. I found by spending time in the office talking to the client and find out what they most wanted in a house including the size of the rooms I was able to separate their needs from wants. People buy off of need and not want. By doing this, I would show 3 houses and the client would purchase one of the 3.

I was a Loan Processor for six years and during that time I processed First and Second Mortgages along with Heloc’s.

As a Notary Public my Real Estate and Loan Processor background has assisted me in understanding and doing a more complete job for the client. I love helping people and always look forward to meeting New People.
