I am meticulous, punctual and detail oriented. I go over each document several times to confirm there are no missed signatures, dates, or initials. I ensure key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel are properly filled out and all forms needing to be notarized have proper verbiage and are stamped. 

On the offset chance I do make a mistake, I am more than willing to stop and fix it for you as soon as possible to prevent any funding conditions. 

I have a mobile office containing a scanner so all documents can be scanned back as soon as the signing is complete. All documents will be returned promptly as I am familiar with all FedEx locations and drop off times. I will be sure to keep you updated throughout the process to keep your mind at ease.
