I was a (kitchen Table) Reverse mortgage-only loan originator for 19 years. Kitchen table, meaning I showed the person where to sign in person; all the initial documents about 70 % of the time, and attended about 90% of closings, both with notaries and attorneys. I’m good with people. I can find common ground with anybody and pick up on cues, such as I want to be done in 20 minutes or I have time (don’t rush me).
