I've completed over 500 signings and as a 14 year license Realtor of a successful residential and commercial real estate business, I've sat across the closing table on hundreds more closings. I'm also a Real estate investor. I have an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Washburn University and a bachelors degree, Summa Cum Laude, with Texas Women's University, in Government with an emphasis in Paralegal Studies. I also completed 10 years of corporate and private practice as a senior paralegal. I am extremely familiar with closing documents, their content and working with title companies, many of whom I have established relationships with. I also fully understand the sense of urgency that comes with a closing deadline. Working with buyers, sellers, investors, builders, etc...is what I do best. I cover the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
