I'm a full-time mobile notary and a LSS trained, NNA certified signing agent. I have an undergraduate and a law degree. I don't overbook, ensuring that I am on time and give the signer(s) my full attention. I have a dual-tray printer and make sure that docs are single-sided and mixed letter and legal for real estate docs.  I triple check for initials, signatures, and dates. I will scan back if requested. I'm within one mile of Fed Ex and UPS. I am constantly focusing on my continuing education.
