I always follow all instructions and call for questions if needed. I also strictly follow the California notary laws. I check all documents before going to the signing and I review them at least 4 times during/after the assignment to avoid any missing signatures, initials, stamps, or any other information. I will scanback and ship all documents right away. I am familiar with Refinances, Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, FHA, VA Loans, HELOCS, Loan Modification, and more. I am a NNA member, NNA certified, screened, bonded, insured, and I also completed the NNA Notary Essentials. I have a $100,000 E&O insurance policy and a dual tray printer.
