I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage office a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything.

I always ensure that the dates are correct on the notice of right to cancel and I know to have the borrower initial any corrections to the notice of right to cancel if the dates had to be corrected. 

I always know to ask whether the borrower is to print “trustee” behind their signature on trustee signings. I know some banks want it printed whereas some do not.

All of the forms will come back completely filled out. I know if I don’t have the borrower fill them out, then you are, and I don’t want that!
