My experience as a Realtor for the past 31 years I have worked in new homes sales, resales, short sales, I listed and sold foreclosures homes for banks.
I worked as a Loan Origination for a little while ( 5 months) after the Real Estate market crashed. I'm familiar with Loan Documents and follow-up instructions. I'm NNA Certified and I received extra training 125 hours plus with NotaryStars.com and Notarycoach.com.I took additional training with E.C Head Consulting LLC.
My fluency in English and Spanish in addition to my proficiency in understanding Portuguese have enabled and enhanced my work with customers. Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
In the past, I worked in the Data Processing Dept. for a major Department Store chain in New Jersey for 5 years.
