I have done over 1,200 closings. I ALWAYS triple check the documents for errors before dropping at Fedex/UPS. I am mature, appropriate, articulate, never say inappropriate things to signers, never discuss politics, religion or any controversial subject and never give opinions about interest rates, or title companies. I space my signing well enough apart that I am rarely ever late for a closing. If something happens and I am going to run a few minutes late, I contact my next appointment immediately to update them, not at the time I was supposed to arrive. With me, you will never have to worry that I will be unprofessionally dressed, or will say inappropriate things. I am a people person who loves what I do. I have an eye for detail and signers seem to respond very positive to me. Recently I had a signer call the title company and said "We loved Sherry." I won't let you down.
