I'm the proud owner of a minority-owned mobile notary service.  I have been a full-time licensed & bonded Illinois Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent since November 2020, with over 10,000 successful closings.

I have performed loan signings for financial companies such as Quicken, Fidelity, Chase, and Old Republic, to name a few. As a knowledgeable and experienced closing agent, I am well-versed in the forms needed to complete an error-free closing for HELOC, refi, purchases, sales, reverse mortgages, and commercial property. 

I also have general notary knowledge of documents for Acknowledgments, Trust & Living Trusts, Last Will & Testament, Title/Bill of Sales, Marriage Licenses, Affidavits, Power of Attorney (POA), Bank Forms, and More
