My name is Shelli Seamans, I live in Carmel Maine. I have been a notary for 14 years and have obtained my signing agent certification. I have over 20 years' experience in the mortgage industry- originating, processing and closing personal and mortgage loans. I've worked with many loan officers within banks, financial institutions and lending organizations. With that I've been able to work directly with clients/borrowers' face to face, over the phone and through email. I have worked with numerous loan officers/originators and with multiple title companies, insurance companies, and attorneys. I am very comfortable closing all types of mortgage loans and secured or unsecured personal loans
