I am a former banking professional with over 20 years in the industry with extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate loans. I have worked and have many years of experience as a mortgage broker. I have also done reverse mortgages, and I've also worked as a financial advisor. As a result, I am extremely familiar and comfortable with loan documentation. I take care and pay close attention to detail, to ensure that loan documentation packages are properly signed, initialed and complete. My goal with every signing is to promptly return an error free/perfect package. Since I have worked in the industry for so long, I understand how critical it is to get packages returned in a timely manner. I am self-motivated, proactive, and a go-getter. I am always professionally dressed, prompt, and I pride myself on going the extra mile to ensure that the completed loan package is returned in a timely manner. I have successfully completed over a thousand loan closings in my various roles in small business banking, commercial real estate, wealth management, and insurance. Since I consider myself a people person, I enjoy working as a signing agent, because it allows me to meet new people everyday.
