I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent and a member of National Notary Association in addition to being a Notary Public and member of Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. I have great time management skills and I have been in the customer service arena for over ten plus years. I am highly organized, dependable, and work well under pressure. I am committed to ensure all documents are signed and dated appropriately. I have a courteous demeanor and a cheerful, energetic attitude. For the past eight years, I have performed loan signings in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties. I have reliable transportation and I tend to arrive at least 15 minutes before an appointment. I am familiar with closing documents (seller and buyer sides), ReFinance documents, debt consolidations, I-9 Verifications, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages. I communicate regularly to the Escrow company, lenders, as well as signing companies via the required platform and/or text message. I contact the client to setup/confirm the appointment and I advise them on what is required at the appointment. I have flexible hours and I will accept Sunday appointments as well as last minute assignments. I accept assignments via text, call, or email. I have the capability to print and scan documents back to the signing company. Documents are sent back via scan to the signing company within the requested time frame and documents are dropped off at FedEx or UPS per the instructions.
