I am NNA and Loan Signing System certified currently servicing Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties. I have experience with refis, loan modifications, and buyer/seller packages, as well as auto refinances and annuties. I also have experience with commercial loans and reverse mortgage applications. I have worked for 13 years off and on in property management. I started as a receptionist and worked my way up to the leasing department. I did a few hundred signings over the course of the three years I worked as a leasing consultant at a large apartment community in Philadelphia. This experience has prepared me for being a notary signing agent.
