I have been a notary public since 2018. I have obtained my training with NNA and Loan Signing Systems and continuous learning with other services like Notary2Notary. I utilize my ongoing training to invest in my brand and to show my willingness for education. I service  Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas. I have hands on personal experience with a closing appointment. I have completed two signings since starting in November.  Attention to detail, customer service, building rapport and time management skills are some of my specialties. I am aware of the closing process and each role that everyone play. I am efficient and can walk clients through documents that are required. I an consistent with following up with signing companies. Since being a business owner I am aware of the reputation that will be displayed while out assisting clients. I am willing to go back ti a clients location to correct any issues or mistakes that may arise regardless who is at fault. The goal is consistency, knowledge and dedication to complete each signing. My first experience was with a reverse mortgage and the next was an auto refinance.  I went through a purchase and seller closing of my own personal experience so I am aware of those processes as well.
