The goal of Precisely Notarized LLC is to provide top notch customer service and demonstrate familiarity with loan documents, to ensure proper placement of all signatures, dates and notarizations. I also aim to have scans and documents returned expeditiously.

Currently I have the most experience with Refinance, HELOC and Reverse Mortgage Signings. To enhance my skills and training I have studied the NNA's Loan Document Sourcebook to be prepared for all types of future loan signings.

My desire for success in all that I do requires me to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and personable. My previous professional experience working in Hospitality and Real Estate, gives me the confidence that I can build a rapport with customers, effectively communicate, and summarized real estate documents.
