Shauvon Powell

My name is Shauvon Powell and I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the NNA and Loan Signing System.  I have a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Teaching.  I previously served in the Air Force Reserves as well as taught and served as an Assistant Principal.  My background has given me a keen eye for details; strong communication skills, organizational skills, and an understanding in the importance of professionalism in both my attire and conduct.  I am equipped with a dual tray laser printer and a desktop scanner which provides me the opportunity to upload scan backs from my vehicle immediately after a signing.  I understand the importance of making cut offs so funding can take place immediately.  Lastly, I will consider it an absolute blessing to represent your signing service at the next signing available in my area.     

FYI, At this point I have completed 12 signings which consist of refinances, seller's packets, buyer's packets, estate plannings, and settlement structures.  I am comfortable saying, I can confidently complete any signing I am afforded the opportunity to complete because I am not afraid to ask questions when needed.  If you are feeling generous and want to give a newbie a try, call me; I will not disappoint!
