I have been a Certified Notary Signing Agent since 2013.  I notarize Buyers, Sellers, Re-Finance documents Mostly.  I currently am certified in the State of Texas.  I am a professional who dresses and acts the part.  I Always arrive in the area of my appointments Early.  I have Never been late for an appointment. I have a contact at a Title Co that I can use with proper notice.  In my prior career, I was a Property Manager and more recently a Real Estate Agent.  However, if the Signer ever has questions concerning their documents,  I always recommend they call their Title Co.
