I have performed closings for Commercial Loans, NJHMFA loans, HELOCs, Purchases 1st and 2nd loans, Refinances, Title365, Reverse Mortgages, REOs, Affordable Housing closings, Loan Modifications, Debt Consolidations, Disclosure signings, FHA, VA loans, Short-Sales, Foreclosures, Timeshare purchases and sales. I also have experience in Field Inspections -- taking pictures of homes for lenders and those in jeopardy of foreclosure, vacated homes and submitting/uploading pictures and detailed reports.
