As an 18+ year Financial Service/ Customer Service professional with Loan Processor training, 5+ years' experience as a Notary with Mortgage Loan Signing experience, 4-year Legal Admin to Real Estate Attorney printing preparing and presenting loan documents; I understand that delays are costly and will scan and deliver your packages on time. I will read and follow all instructions and walk the signers through each document without overstepping my duties. I will immediately communicate with you if there are any issues or concerns that may impact the closing process.

I am comfortable with Buyer, Seller, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, New Construction Loans, Hard Money Loans, Closings in a Trust, Closing with Power of Attorney Language, closings with FKA/AKA Language, Split Signings and Hybrid closings.

I am also a dually commissioned Remote Online Notary in the State of Arizona and the platforms that I'm registered with are Nexsys Clear Sign and Secured Signings. I am open to adding additional platforms if you are in need of regular assistance.
