Available evenings and weekends in the Los Angeles area, I'm looking to consistently gain more and more experience with Loan Signings and General Notary work!  I have completed the National Notary Association's Notary Signing Agent Course and am in the process of completing the Notary 2 Pro course. After that completion, I plan to also take and complete Mark Wills LSS course. I am a trustworthy person, very dependable, iI aim to be thorough with all my work, I'm constantly seeking education in my field, I ask questions to gain clarity when things may not be so clear, I'm friendly and personable, I have a reliable vehicle and am constantly adding to my equipment arsenal to be of better service to my clients. I follow directions well and strive to always do a better and more efficient job with each assignment undertaken. I carry $100K E&O insurance and a $15K bond required for the state of California. I am intelligent and am looking to acquire even more knowledge in the mortgage an loan industry. I am open to in-office signings and in-home signings to suit your client's scheduling needs. Kindly, I do request at least 24 hours notice in advance of assignments offered.
