I am a Certified and Commissioned Notary Signing Agent in South Florida. I am licensed, bonded, and maintain a membership with the National Notary Association. I have a background as a Real Estate Agent and Law Enforcement, which cultivates my characteristics such as integrity, proficiency, and reliability. I conduct mobile loan signing services in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. My goal is to guide clients through their documents and provide a pleasant experience in a location that is convenient for them. I will ensure documents are properly executed and returned promptly in order for the loan to fund on time. I work closely with lenders and escrow officers to facilitate a successful signing. I am a graduate of Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System. I have taken continuous education courses through various sources. I find it extremely important to stay informed of new notary laws. I am well aware that I am the last person the borrower will see after a process that can sometimes be stressful. I make it my business to assure the borrowers have a pleasant closing.
