Seth McGlothlin

Hey there!

My name is Seth McGlothlin. I am a 25 year old full of energy and positivity. I am commissioned in the state of Missouri, and working towards my Kansas certification as well. I have just over a years worth of experience with everything from Helocs, to refinance documents, to closing documents, and everything in between. I live just north of Kansas City in the small town of Smithville! I am a huge car enthusiast and enjoy playing tennis on the side. I am a full time signing agent and work for several title/ mortgage/ escrow companies all over the nation. I enjoy driving and getting to meet new people. 

I am commissioned, bonded, and insured, in the state of Missouri and service the following counties: Clay, Platte, Jackson, Clinton, and Ray. As I grow in this field, so does my reach. On the Kansas side, Johnson and Leavenworth county are on my list after I obtain my Kansas Commision. I am currently learning Japanese to soon travel overseas. Because of this, as I further my proficiency, this is a huge tool for clients that don't speak fluent in English.
