I'm Serena Abarca and I have been a Notary Public with the State of Arizona since 2000.  I have been a Certified Loan Signing Agent since 2024.  With over 30 years of experience as a Paralegal and having served as a Notary Public since October 2000, I bring decades of precision, professionalism, and strong attention to detail to every signing appointment. My background has strengthened my ability to manage time efficiently, follow strict procedures, and ensure accuracy in every document I handle.

I have been a Realtor since August, 2021 and my five years as a Realtor has expanded my understanding of real estate transactions, terminology, and client needs—allowing me to guide signers through their documents with clarity and confidence.

In January 2024, I earned my Loan Signing certification, gaining advanced training in loan packages and the lending process. This added expertise enables me to support clients with smooth, well-organized, and stress-free signings.
