I am a highly trained Signing agent with 3 certifications from different training organizations. I cover the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino. I always make sure all the documents get filled out whether it’s the PCOR Statement of Information, Or Trust Certification. I always make sure the borrower signs that 1st top page of the 1003 and the middle and bottom signature on the 2nd page of the VA loan application. I ALWAYS make sure the borrower initials any date changes on the Notice Of Right to Cancel or if the dates have to be written in I’ll make sure they initial as well. I am available 24/7 and have a dual tray printer and have no problems picking up documents. I also have a scanner so if you need anything scanned back that will never be a problem either.
