Loan signing services include refinance, buyer/seller packages, loan modifications, HELOCs, and commercial. I have successfully closed over 750 loans. General notary work includes automobile transfers, settlement releases, powers of attorney, I-9 Verifications, healthcare directives, affidavits, wills and much more. I offer mobile and in office services, as well as flexible appointment times to meet the needs of all my clients.
