I have 30 yrs. of customer service experience.  I am LSS and NNA certified.  I will make sure that your documents are signed, dated, initialed and properly filled out and returned to you as quickly as possible, to avoid any funding delays.  I am familiar with the Fedex shipping centers in my area and know the drop off times.  I schedule to be 15 minutes early to every appointment, professionally dressed and ready to greet your clients with a smile.   Quality signings are my top priority and I’m looking forward to working with you.
