Sarah Guinan

I work full time in real estate now for 11 years doing transaction coordination, Broker Price Opinions and Valuations, and contract coordination. I have also been a notary for 3 years, and I have five children in a blended family, who range from band kids, to football and Lacrosse players, and singers. My free time is spent paddle boarding and enjoying the Colorado outdoors, camping, climbing mountains, singing and I also love to bake! I enjoy helping people as well, which led me down the notary path, and I am happy I get to do it.
