I’m Sarah Bradshaw, the Owner of Bradshaw Notary Services. I’m a Bonded/Insured, and background screened Notary and Loan Signing Agent that specializes in real estate closing transactions; refinance, purchase, seller, and reverse mortgages. I have 2 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry as a Support Servicing Specialist, 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking/Management, and 10 + years of experience in the Customer Service Industry. I'm NAA certified, a Notary 2 Pro graduate, and trained by Bill Soroka (The Notary Coach). I pride myself on being extremely thorough, and customer focused. I strive to complete each closing error free, however if a mistake is made, I'll go out of my way to rectify it quickly. I proudly serve Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Hunt, Grayson, and Tarrant Counties. I am available for early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and Holiday Signings.
